I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT INEZ, SHE WAS A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MY MOM'S (NORMA JOHNSTON STOUT WILLIAMS), THEY WENT TO MANUAL TOGETHER, BOTH ENDED UP WITH MARRIED NAMES OF WILLIAMS. THEY SPENT MANY HOURS TOGETHER DURING WWII WHEN MY FATHER WAS IN THE ARMY AIR CORPS IN ENGLAND. I HAD HEARD MANY GOOD STORIES ABOUT INEZ, WHEN I FINALLY HAD RECOGNITION OF HER MYSELF, I ALWAYS THOUGHT, WHAT A CLASSY LADY SHE WAS, HER HEIGHT, THE WAY SHE CARRIED HERSELF, AND HER BEAUTIFUL HAIR. KEEP ALL YOUR GOOD MEMORIES CLOSE TO YOUR HEARTS. WE ARE LEAVING TOWN AND WILL NOT BE THERE TO CELEBRATE HER LIFE WITH ALL OF YOU ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY, BUT WE WILL KEEP YOU ALL IN OUR THOUGHTS. My deepest sympathies at the passing of Inez Williams. She was beloved by all. My youngest son even chose her and Curley as surrogate grandparents for several Mt. Gilead projects.
