Donald Ray White, 49, Camby, died June 24, 2009, in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. Don was born October 19, 1959, in Indianapolis, the son of the late Donald Blaine and Carol Kay (Barley) White.
Don graduated from Mooresville High School, where he was co-captain of the football team and was mid-state wrestling champion. He worked for 20 years as a sheet metal worker and was a member of Local Union #20. Don enjoyed fishing and especially spending time with his cherished grandchildren. He also attended Grace Missionary Church, Camby.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Kelly White; daughters, Rachel Michelle Bolton of Camby, Jacqueline Suzanne Epley of Camby, Mary Elizabeth White of Camby; half-sister, Karen O’Farrell of Camby, step-brother, Tommy Kirsch of West Virginia; step-sister, Roxanne Kirsch of Indianapolis, Kathy Stoops of Martinsville; grandchildren, Keagan Gregory Epley, Kaydence Mae Epley, Christopher Lee Bolton, and a grandson who is on the way, Noah Ray Eugene Bolton.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, 10 a.m., in the Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville, with calling there from 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 29, 2009. Pastor Jim Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
